The organizational structure is headed by the CEO and consists of the Quality Control Department, Technology Research Center, Sales Department (Technical Sales / Sales Management), Production Department (Production Team 1 / Production Team 2), Ministry of Trade (Overseas Sales / Overseas Purchase), Customer Support Department, and Management Support Department (Material Purchasing / Business Management). Each department is responsible for the following key functions: manufacturing of refrigeration and heat-pump units, casing and coil fabrication, overseas quotation and technical support, compressor and cooler imports, customer follow-up and regular after-sales service, material ordering, inventory and shipment management, as well as management planning and financial accounting.
